Teams to back up the stores.

The "property" department manages the entire stock of brand stores. It advises new partners in their choice of set-up, and assists them throughout the store opening process. 

 

Once a venue has been found, the "work" department reproduces the Orchestra concept and transforms an empty "shell" into a colourful, magical place. 

 

The "product management" and "stock management" departments work in collaboration with the trends office and buyers to provide a collection that meets market requirements and expectations.

 

The "brand" team develops the reputation and image of the Orchestra brand and promotes its values through the store concept, shopping experience, merchandising and all the communication media.

 

The commercial department monitors the management of stores on a daily basis with teams based at head office and in the field.  The regional directors and supervisors regularly visit the stores and help them in their operational, managerial and commercial management.  

 

A school providing theoretical and practical training teaches all the good practices and skills needed to optimise results in the store.

 

A short distance from the head office administrative building, products produced throughout the world are received and prepared in two warehouses, each measuring over 6,500 sq. m. The "logistics" department teams are organised to manage the receipt, preparation and shipping of goods as efficiently as possible.

 

Last but not least, Orchestra provides all the "support" services essential to the operational management of stores: information technology, legal services, human resources, accounting and financial control.
